The owner, Ericka Holder, has been decorating for 15 years and teaching consecutively since 2024. She holds her pastry associates degree from The Restaurant School at Walnut College. She also earned her Bachelor’s in Business from Peirce College in Philadelphia. Her expertise has earned her prestigious features in Pop97 Magazine and on our local ABC Network, where she has been recognized for her unique ability to create gravity defying cakes, wedding cakes, 3D character cakes.

Join Pretty Scrumptious for a beautiful morning of cake decorating, creativity, and connection at our Garden Party Edition of Cake & Connect.
This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone looking to learn elegant floral piping techniques in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Guests will decorate their own soft pink buttercream cake using delicate buttercream flowers, lavender piping, leaves, stems, floral accents, and textured grass borders inspired by a whimsical garden party.
